Employee Witness Information
Updated: February 22, 2024
The process of TPG/Exactech employees communicating what they have seen or heard and providing documents they have acquired has proven profoundly important to our evidence gathering process. If you know something about the potential discriminatory and other acts discussed here or if you know of other acts that deserve our attention, we hope you’ll reach out to us by email or using the contact us form. We can communicate with you directly in-person, by telephone, email, or teleconference and you can remain anonymous.
Also, we have heard reports that TPG/Exactech has used Spector 360 software to spy on employees. This employee surveillance software captures sent and received emails (including attachments), chat/instant messages, website visits and more. If you have any information on whether TPG/Exactech uses this or any other surveillance software or reconnaissance mechanisms to track or watch employees, we would love to hear from you.
IIn the meantime, employees may want to carefully consider their actions and the risk of accessing personal password-protected websites and personal emails on their company computer, laptop, mobile or other devices.
