Current and former TPG/Exactech employees have been a tremendous source of potential evidence regarding racial and/or sexual discrimination. This information is invaluable as we proceed with gathering potential evidence to support our anticipated lawsuit against TPG and Exactech. While we have heard allegations of management using the N-word to refer to Black employees, outing an employee as being gay, and other explicit acts, we recognize that acts that are much more subtle may also be useful in a discrimination complaint.

Therefore, we strongly encourage employees to report even the most subtle and seemingly insignificant acts using the form below, even if they did not witness them directly. Your input is crucial, and you can choose to remain anonymous.
